Ingredients

  • 4 pounds shrimp, peeled

  • 2 cups mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  • 1 red onion, minced

  • 3 stalks minced celery, minced

  • 1 lemon, cut into quarters

  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons dill

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  • Bring 8 cups of water, salt and lemon to a boil. Add shrimp and for 2-3 minutes. Remove and place in a pot of ice water. Drain and peel.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, wine or vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and dill to a large bowl. Stir to well combine.
  • Add peeled shrimp in creamy mixture. Add red onion and celery and adjust seasonings as need.
  • Serve immediately or chill in fridge for a few hours.
  • Enjoy!
