Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1-inch thin chunks

  • 4 large egg whites

  • 3/4 cup cornstarch (or Mochiko Sweet Rice Flour)

  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

  • Add egg whites in a bowl and whisk until foamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Whisk in cornstarch and water until combined. Add chicken and dip to coat evenly.
  • Heat 3 inches of oil in a large pot on medium-high heat (to 350 degrees).
  • Carefully drop chicken, in batches, and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
  • Combine mayonnaise, honey and sweetened condensed milk to a large bowl. Add fried chicken and toss to well combined.
  • Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately!
