Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw wild caught shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons organic grass-fed butter or ghee

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen asparagus

  • sea salt to taste

  • black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Toss shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté until opaque, for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add asparagus and sauté 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
  • Serve immediately!
