Cheese Stuffed Dogs
You can’t go wrong with hot dogs, jalapeno, cheddar and bacon. They are what Cheese Stuffed Dogs offer. Drizzled with mustard and ketchup on top, these taste so good. If you are finding something tasty and fun to make with hot dogs, these cheese stuffed dogs are right up your street.
4 hot dogs
4 thick slices cheddar, cut into 1/2″ strips
8 slices bacon
1 green onion, sliced (optional)
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Ketchup, for serving
- Slice hot dogs in half lengthwise. Place strips of cheddar inside dogs and wrap with bacon.
- Heat a large skillet on high heat. Add hot dogs, and cook; turning frequently until all sides become crispy.
- Serve with buns and toppings of your choice.
