Crispy Brussel Sprouts With Dijon Aioli

Crispy Brussel Sprouts With Dijon Aioli is one of the best appetizers and side dishes for any family meal. It even works with weekend gatherings of family and friends. Just take my family as an example. We all fall for these brussel sprouts right tasting them. Crispy, crunchy and coming out incredibly good when dipped in the sauce, these are “irresistible” to us. And now, it’s added to “must-serve” food list every Friday dinner. Yummy!

This crazy good side dish is defined by Dijon Aioli sauce. It is made with mayonnaise, Dijon, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Tasty and flavorful, this sauce also deals with other crispy baked vegetables, asparagus, for instance. Sometimes, I drizzle it over fresh veggie salad bowl and it still fits. If you get interested, just give it a try.

These crispy brussel sprouts are suitable to make all year. We even serve it at Thanks Giving’s dinner. They get our meal started in the right direction. For those who try cutting carbs at meals, just give these a go, too. However, you should adjust the ingredients of the sauce so that it keeps track on your diet. Let’s check it out!
