Lego Brownies

Most of kids go crazy for lego. How about making lego-shape snacks for them? Such an amazing idea, right. Lego Brownies are then recommended here. Brownie cake is cut in squares, covered with vanilla frosting (dyed with different food colorings), and topped with mini M&Ms. Coming out flavorful and pretty cool, they surely get you hooked!

These tasty and pretty lego brownies are suitable for game day celebrations and outdoor activities. Just give them try to find how it worth!

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients)

  • Red, green, blue, yellow food coloring

  • 1 can vanilla frosting

  • Mini m&ms, for decorating

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare a 9-x-9” pan lined with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
  • Prepare batter according to package instructions and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let brownies cool completely, then slice into squares and rectangles.
  • Once ready to decorate, divide vanilla frosting between 4 small bowls. Dye each with a different food coloring. Frost top of each brownie piece, using different colors.
  • Top with color-coordinating mini M&Ms, using 4 candies for square brownies and 6 for rectangles.
  • Keep in refrigerator to set, if prefer. Enjoy!
