Mexican Tortilla Rollups
These are my new favorite! Mexican Tortilla rollups. They are incredibly good. Made with sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green chilies, black olives and spices, these seem to melt in my mouth right with the first try. My picky kids who are not much fond of appetizers, also give them an absolute yes. Yummy!
Serving in bite-size and ready on the table in just 20 minutes, these are great for family meals, game day viewing parties and holidays. I sometimes have these as a treat for family after a long week at work and study. If you are invited to a weekend gathering and have no idea for what to bring with, just give these a try, too. They are enough to work up an appetite for meals or even drive the crowd crazy.
Although these look impressive, they’re WAY easier to prepare than you think. Add all filling’s ingredients in large mixing bowl and combine well. Then, spread an even layer of the filling over the tortilla; tightly roll up from one end to another. To serve immediately, cut it into bite-sized slices (1/2-inch). Easy, right? We do believe that any of you can make a great job with it. Let’s get started!
