2 pieces bread to your liking
1/2 avocado
1/4 c raw shelled pistachios
2-3 tsp honey
sea salt
Directions
- Toast the bread lightly on the broiler (about 2 minutes per side)
- Scoop the flesh of avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork until spreadable. Spread it evenly onto the toast, add a dash of sea salt to each piece if desired.
- Add all pistachios in a small bag. Pound with a wooden spoon to break into small pieces.
- Spread pistachios over the toast. Drizzle with honey on top.
- Enjoy!
