Ingredients

  • 2 pieces bread to your liking

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/4 c raw shelled pistachios

  • 2-3 tsp honey

  • sea salt

Directions

  • Toast the bread lightly on the broiler (about 2 minutes per side)
  • Scoop the flesh of avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork until spreadable. Spread it evenly onto the toast, add a dash of sea salt to each piece if desired.
  • Add all pistachios in a small bag. Pound with a wooden spoon to break into small pieces.
  • Spread pistachios over the toast. Drizzle with honey on top.
  • Enjoy!
