4 cups chopped cauliflower
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add cauliflower, olive oil parsley, thyme, minced garlic, and salt to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Toss to combine and cauliflower is well coated.
- Place cauliflower in air-fryer basket. Set air-fryer to 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Stir half way through at 10 minutes, and add parmesan cheese and continue the cooking.
- Serve with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately!
