Beach Parfaits
Finding something sweet and flavorful to get into summer spirit? These Beach Parfaits are the way to go. They’re alternative layers of vanilla pudding and crushed graham crackers. These are additionally topped with candy flip-flops, Pez candy, flower sprinkles and a floating teddy graham, making them more attractive to eaters. My kids just go crazy for these parfaits from the moment they gave these a try.

minutesThese Beach Parfaits are appealing desserts and snacks for scorching days of summer. It’s also incredibly easy to make and ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
2 boxes vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
4 c. cold milk
1 rainbow sour belt
10 teddy grahams
10 pez candies
1/4 c. melted white chocolate
10 flower sprinkles
10 Life Saver gummies
Directions
- Combine milk and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes, then let sit until thick, 3 minutes more.
- Add a layer of vanilla pudding into a clear plastic cup (or a small mason jar). Top with an even layer of crushed graham crackers. Repeat to make 4 layers.
- Stick a tiki cocktail umbrella into each cup, then decorate as desired.
- To make teddy graham: Cut rainbow sour belt into small rectangles, a little bigger than size of teddy grahams. Lay on top of parfaits then place a teddy graham on top.
- To make candy flip-flops, use a toothpick to drop melted white chocolate into the center of a Pez candy.
- Place a flower sprinkle on top. Repeat with remaining Pez and flower sprinkles.
- To make a floating teddy graham, gently stretch a Life Saver gummy and place a teddy graham in the center.
- Serve immediately!
