If you are finding a good dessert to dazzle your guests at gathering, these Baileys S’mores Floats are the wat to go.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Baileys Irish Cream

  • 8 large marshmallows

  • 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers, plus more for garnish

  • 1/4 c. melted chocolate

  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

  • 4 c. chocolate milk

  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Directions

  • Preheat a broiler. Place marshmallows on a small baking sheet and broil until golden on top, about 4 minutes.
  • Prepare 2 small plates, one for melted chocolate and another for crushed graham crackers.
  • Dip glasses into chocolate sauce to rim mugs, then coated with crushed graham crackers.
  • Add a dollop of ice cream into each glass, followed by chocolate milk and a splash of Baileys.
  • Top each float with two marshmallows, drizzles of chocolate syrup and sprinkles of crushed graham crackers.
  • Serve immediately.
