Spaghetti Lo Mein

Ingredients
6 oz. spaghetti, boiled and drained
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/3 tsp. honey
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 c. broccoli, cut into small florets
1 c. shredded carrots
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Directions
- Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder and ginger powder to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli, carrots, and peppers and cook until tender, about 6 minutes. Remove veggies from pan.
- Add prepared sauce, bringing to a simmer. Once sauce has thickened slightly, bring back vegetables and prepared pasta. Toss to combine.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve.
