Ingredients

  • For Cauliflower:
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • For Bang Bang sauce:
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp lime juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Add flour, almond milk, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Dip cauliflower florets, one at a time, into batter, shake off any excess batter then place on baking pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl. Add cauliflower to sauce. Toss to combine evenly.
  • Serve immediately!
