Taco Seasoned Crispy Chickpeas – Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas drained and rinsed well

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 2-3 tbsp Store-bought taco seasoning

Directions

  • Drain and rinse chickpeas. Place into a medium-size mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle with some olive oil and add in taco seasoning. Toss to completely coated.
  • Heat 1 one tablespoon of olive oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chickpeas and toss them to coat in oil.
  • Cook for 7-9 minutes, tossing them gently to get all sides nice and crispy.
  • Remove from pan, pour into a bowl, and serve warm as a snack or addition to salads.
