Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped cauliflower

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Add cauliflower, olive oil parsley, thyme, minced garlic, and salt to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Toss to combine and cauliflower is well coated.
  • Place cauliflower in air-fryer basket. Set air-fryer to 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Stir half way through at 10 minutes, and add parmesan cheese and continue the cooking.
  • Serve with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately!
