Bacon Ranch Brussels
These bacon ranch brussels are a perfect recipe to jazz up boring vegetable meals. Brussel sprouts are tossed then seasoned with salt and peppers. They are then placed in a sheet pan, along with crispy crumbled bacon and baked until tender and charred. To best serve, they’re drizzled with ranch dressing and parmesan on top. Yummy!

Ingredients
1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and hlaved
8 slices bacon, chopped
Ranch dressing, for drizzling
Freshly grated Parmesan, for sprinkling
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Gather brussel sprouts in a large baking sheet, toss with olive oil, garlic, oregano and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter bacon on the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until brussels are tender and charred.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Serve warm.
