Bacon Ranch Brussels

These bacon ranch brussels are a perfect recipe to jazz up boring vegetable meals. Brussel sprouts are tossed then seasoned with salt and peppers. They are then placed in a sheet pan, along with crispy crumbled bacon and baked until tender and charred. To best serve, they’re drizzled with ranch dressing and parmesan on top. Yummy!

If you are finding something tasty and flavorful to make with brussel sprouts, these bacon ranch brussels are right up your street.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and hlaved

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped

  • Ranch dressing, for drizzling

  • Freshly grated Parmesan, for sprinkling

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Gather brussel sprouts in a large baking sheet, toss with olive oil, garlic, oregano and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter bacon on the pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, until brussels are tender and charred.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Serve warm.
