20 white button mushrooms, cleaned
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
more salt and pepper, to season flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C. Prepare a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil and set aside.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Whisk together egg and minced garlic in a separate shallow bowl.
- Add flour and season with salt & pepper to taste in another dish.
- Pat dry mushrooms with a paper towel.
- Working by one, coat each mushroom into flour, then dip into egg mixture, then dredge into breadcrumb mixture.
- Place breaded mushrooms onto prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mushrooms.
- Lightly spray cooking spray on top of breaded mushrooms.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with a dip of your choice. Enjoy!
