- For Cauliflower:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
- For Bang Bang sauce:
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lime juice
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Add flour, almond milk, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets, one at a time, into batter, shake off any excess batter then place on baking pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl. Add cauliflower to sauce. Toss to combine evenly.
- Serve immediately!
