2 lbs. salmon, cut into 4 portions
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs. light olive oil
1 tsp. salt
- For Avocado Salsa
1 avocado, cubed
2 limes, juiced
1/2 red onion, sliced or diced
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Add salt, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion and black pepper to a bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Rub salmon fillets with olive oil and this seasoning mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat a grill.
- Combine avocado, onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl and mix well, chill until ready to use.
- Grill salmon to desired doneness, for about 5 minutes.
- Top with avocado salsa. Enjoy!
