Pickle Bloody Mary Shooters
Coming out juicy, tangy and pretty cute, these Pickle Bloody Mary Shooters gets all adults at parties hooked. Pickles are cut off tops, sliced in half crosswise, hollowed out to create a well, then filled with a flavorful mix of tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire, horseradish, hot sauce, lemon juice, and pepper. Ingredients
8 large pickles
3 oz. vodka
1/2 c. tomato juice, chilled
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. Hot sauce
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Old bay seasoning, for rimming
Freshly ground black pepper
Celery leaves, for garnish
Directions
- Cut off ends of each pickle to make it flat, then cut in half crosswise. Scoop out the middle to create a well; using a quarter teaspoon.
- Dip top of each shot glass into Old Bay seasoning.
- Add tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire, horseradish, hot sauce, lemon juice, and pepper to a large pitcher. Stir until combined.
- Pour into pickle shot glasses and garnish with celery leaves. Serve.
