1 (15 oz) can chickpeas drained and rinsed well
2 tbsp Olive oil
2-3 tbsp Store-bought taco seasoning
Directions
- Drain and rinse chickpeas. Place into a medium-size mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with some olive oil and add in taco seasoning. Toss to completely coated.
- Heat 1 one tablespoon of olive oil in a medium-size skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chickpeas and toss them to coat in oil.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, tossing them gently to get all sides nice and crispy.
- Remove from pan, pour into a bowl, and serve warm as a snack or addition to salads.
