Ingredients
4 salmon filets, skin on
3 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
chopped parsley for garnish, if desired
Directions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add salmon, skin side down and cook for 5-7 minutes. Cooking time depends on thickness of salmon filets.
- Flip salmon over. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk honey and lemon juice in a small bowl. Pour sauce to skillet and continue to cook for 1-3 minutes, until salmon is cook through and sauce is thick.
- Remove from heat. Allow salmon to cool enough to handle. Peel off skin.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish, if desired.
- Serve immediately!
