Ingredients

  • 2 Hass avocaodos, halved and pitted

  • 1 1/2 cups pulled pork or chicken (leftover is perfect)

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

  • For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp. ranch dressing

  • 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce (sugar-free)

  • 1 tbsp. snipped chives or green onion

Directions

  • Cut avocados in half, remove pit. Scoop some of avocado flesh out to make room for filling.
  • Microwave pulled pork or fry in pan until warm. Mix with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
  • Fill mixture evenly into avocado halves.
  • Drizzle each with remaining BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
  • Garnish with chives or green onion.
  • Serve immediately or warm in microwave.
  • Enjoy!
