1 1/4 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 ounce mushrooms
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Add mushrooms and garlic to skillet and saute until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, shredded parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper until well combine.
- Bring steak back to pan and allow to heat through and sauce to thicken.
- Serve over rice or pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
