1 1/2 lbs. salmon, King, Sockeye or Coho salmon
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. avocado oil
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place salmon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl and generously coat top of salmon.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes (depending on size and thickness.
- Once done, remove from oven, let cool a bit then slice.
- Serve immediately!
