1 pound raw wild caught shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons organic grass-fed butter or ghee
2 cups fresh or frozen asparagus
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Directions
- Toss shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté until opaque, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add asparagus and sauté 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
- Serve immediately!
