Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 8 ounce mushrooms

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  • Add mushrooms and garlic to skillet and saute until tender.
  • Stir in heavy cream, shredded parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper until well combine.
  • Bring steak back to pan and allow to heat through and sauce to thicken.
  • Serve over rice or pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Enjoy!
