Summer parties would be incomplete with these pickle bloody Mary shooters. Spend 15 minutes, and these shooters are ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 8 large pickles

  • 3 oz. vodka

  • 1/2 c. tomato juice, chilled

  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp. horseradish

  • 1/2 tsp. Hot sauce

  • Juice of 1/4 lemon

  • Old bay seasoning, for rimming

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Celery leaves, for garnish

Directions

  • Cut off ends of each pickle to make it flat, then cut in half crosswise. Scoop out the middle to create a well; using a quarter teaspoon.
  • Dip top of each shot glass into Old Bay seasoning.
  • Add tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire, horseradish, hot sauce, lemon juice, and pepper to a large pitcher. Stir until combined.
  • Pour into pickle shot glasses and garnish with celery leaves. Serve.
