Filled with a flavorful creamy mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon, the tortillas are then rolled up tightly, chilled for an hour, sliced and served.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/3 cup jarred jalapeño slices, diced

  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • pinch of salt and pepper

  • 4-5 8-inch flour tortillas

Directions

  • In a large bowl, pour in cream cheese and beat until fluffy.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, jalapeno and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay the tortillas on a plate or flat surface. Spread the cheese mixture evenly onto the tortillas.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for a few hours or overnight.
  • Remove from the refrigerator. Cut off ends and slice. Serve.
