Banana is such a powerful fruit! It is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, and also easy eat. Along with served on its own, banana is great to turn into healthy and flavorful desserts and snacks. These Banana Penguins are then recommended here. They’re one of the cutest ways to eat bananas. I just fall for them right at the first time I gave them a try. Yummy!

These banana penguins are incredibly easy to make and quick to serve. They’re fancy breakfast, dessert and snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 bananas

  • 1 c. melted chocolate

  • 24 Candy eyes

  • 36 orange M&M’s

  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted

Directions

  • Peel bananas. Combine together melted chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl.
  • Dip tops of bananas in melted chocolate, making sure to dip back side of bananas in chocolate.
  • Dot melted chocolate on bananas for eyes and feet and add candy eyes and orange M&M’s.
  • Keep in freezer 20 minutes. Serve.
