Chicken Ranch Wraps

Flour tortillas are laid flat then added in layers of chopped grilled chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, and minced cilantro. They’re folded over and rolled up into a wrap. That’s not all. These chicken ranch wraps are then seared on pan until crispy and golden on both side, then sliced in half and serve. Who can resist them? My family can’t. We actually fall for them since the first time tasting them.

We love these chicken ranch wraps not all because we have craving for chicken. These wraps taste so good and look super impressive too. They are delicious dinner or great appetizer for small parties, weekend gatherings, for instance. To my family, we prefer these chicken wraps for family gatherings. Well, I’m hosting one this week and plan to let it start our meal. Yummy!

Chicken Ranch Wraps

Flour tortillas are laid flat then added in layers of chopped grilled chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, and minced cilantro. They’re folded over and rolled up into a wrap.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts, chopped

  • 4 8 ” tortillas

  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced (optional)

Directions

  • Lay tortillas flat on a cutting board or plate. Place about 1/2 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon ranch, 2 tablespoons of cheese, and 1 tablespoon of minced cilantro on each tortilla. Wrap up tightly to form a burrito shape.
  • Heat some oil or cooking spray in a heavy-duty pan or grill over medium heat. Add burritos and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden.
  • Remove from heat, slice in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Cooked rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken, and grilled chicken all work with this recipe. And, don’t forget to season your chicken with favorite seasonings before adding it to the tortillas.
